At Origyn Apparel, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that you receive your plant-based leather bag as quickly as possible. We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order safely to your doorstep.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can find the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer both domestic and international shipping options, so no matter where you are in the world, you can order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your delivery and estimate the arrival date.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Origyn.  Knowing that reverse logistics is environmentally costly, we ask that you consider your returns request carefully.

If there is a manufacturers defect with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide you with store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee of 20% will apply.

It is important to note that discounted, personalized, or customized items are not eligible for returns.
